You know its just kind of sad to see all this effort wasted on what is just a mess of a game. If the dev had stuck to either harem or ntr exclusively, cut down the teasing and not made that god awful sandbox this one would be way way more popular on this site. Hell we would prolly have some decent content by now. But instead what we have is almost 3 years of effort for just a bunch of blue balling and teasing with little to no real progress. They are clearly talented in the renders and animations side of things, they just focused on all the wrong things.

You’re completely off base, it was never picking between either fetish. It was people who hated Ntr got the devs patreon banned and gloated aboub it, if the devs patreon didn’t get deleted I think the game would have been much more progressed by now.

Also the second half of the update still has to release in a couple weeks and it’s very promising from what I’ve been told content wise! This update had a good amount of build up the second half will give the pay off.

Now, let me tell you something that's not fine, that retarded minigame to earn money. It can be bypassed using urm, autoclicker or console commands, but that's not the point.
