Expect another excuse. Looks like this time a hater stole his bike, so Byte walked home and didn't have time to post an update.
But seriously, it's very, very sad.
Instead of keeping his word and trying to regain the trust he has lost, he continues to make things worse with his actions, constant lies, excuses, disappearances. In this way he will lose the remaining small audience that has been loyal to him all these years, followed him, and supported him.
This was the first game I supported. I watched his discord channel every day, I shared news from there with you, to help him somehow. I`ve been loyal all these years and I had high hopes for this project.
It's a shame I won't see Sophia, for whom I followed the game.
After so much lying, delaying, and making ridiculous excuses, you deserve all the hate you're going to get.

Yeah not gonna happen. I'm starting to ask myself if this update is even existing. There is no freaking excuse this time. According to him ALL was done. It has been tested, it has been polished. Failing to upload this after all that has happened regarding this update is an absolute joke. There is no defending it this time. "This Saturday 100%." "Chill guys it's still morning here, dropping it around 8pm GMT."

That didn't age too well. I really tried trusting the process even if it was pretty rough with this one but I guess some people really don't want to learn.

I have already expressed my opinion about these delays. I believe that spending all this time developing and adding “unnecessary” components such as the cell phone and more was not the wisest choice, especially given the overall context of the game.

Apart from that, I cannot blame those who point out the fact of the update in the middle, i.e. if you decide to split the content because the last scenes take too much time, then it means that you already have almost everything ready to upload, so the delay is not justifiable.

Also, and this is my personal opinion, what bothered me the most was not the constant excuse of “it will be 100% ready” but the fact that he said he would upload teasers every day and after two renders he stopped.
If if in this situation, where player confidence is at an all-time low, at least as far as even the smallest and stupidest promises are concerned you should try to keep them.

I was %100 percent sure that he wasnt gonna release. Because as a developer myself (not game dev) if you gonna release something, it would be fully ready at least couple days before release. And he said he gonna release it at like GMT 8 pm because he needed to do something before release. Probably he couldnt finish it on time again and again. (Or last chance, meteor fell on his house as excuse)
