If they follow the thread they will see lots of notifications about comments in the thread, and then they can see version number and read changelog. Games on F95 get bugfix updates a lot, and I do mean a LOT.

It is in the rules about how promotion works on F95:

5. Promotion
  1. One update per 2 weeks will be promoted.
  2. Bugfixes (major or minor) and other very minor updates are not eligible for promotion.
  3. Updates from basic versions to more 'premium' or 'high-tier' editions of the same game version are not eligible for promotion.
  4. Abusing the system will result in promotion penalties and thread ownership may be revoked.

I swear that rule doesn't apply equally to every game. I'm pretty sure that I downloaded some other games updates with less stuff added than this (I mean like just bug fixes or typo updates) and they were showed up in the latest updates tab and promoted.

It would be much better if you would specify these bugs, it's not very helpful to just say "I got more bugs". What is/are the bugs you found?

I don't understand what exactly you mean by "phone.rpy is missing". You mean that file is completely missing, it's not there in the game folder? But that's impossible, because if that were the case this build wouldn't open for anyone, and I've never received such feedback.

Guys, you should report these things with some details on my discord server so that we can find a solution. Since no one has reported these things you mentioned before, it seems to be a bit specific for some players.

You only made bug fixes in the game and added something else, and there is no new content in the game?
