After talking to the three characters there, the game progresses automatically. I think u are playing an unofficial build or something. Because there is no such bug in the official builds.

I just started the game and the MC is called Nameless. I guess the idea is that I go back and change the name... It's not going to happen.

I only play because the game warns with asterisks how to avoid the NTR. If I had to figure it out for myself, I'd wait for a mod or guide to play the game.
