The bratty Barbie has taken a lot of the spotlight and scenes away from the President, but I've always found her appearances to be great satire with moments that make you laugh .

Look here.I tend to agree to a point in that seasonal updates can be frustraiting for the reason you have mentioned. but at the same time it's very much up to you to either play it or ignore it and wait for the next actual update to arrival. but also look at it as a small break for the dev to try things that might not be their normal.
Having said that i did enjoy the update and cant complain about extra content but get they arent to everyones taste
Im sure the content is good, but it does nothing for progression. Updates are hard to come by for most devs, so its usually a disappointment when new content is released but then you see its not a real update or story progression. "Bonus" usually means somthing extra but in this case it just means more waiting.

Man...i really had hope this would be a liiiitle Update where we can finally getting rid of this manipulating and humiliating sorry excuse of an Wife (maybe killed by Lie). Game doesn t really care if you play her "gentle" or "evil".....she is the absolute worst...and is no help for MC in any way. There is no more love between them...(from her side)..and she didn t even free him from all of his "restraints" (a loving Wife wouldn t think twice to free her husband and have his back in every situation). Soo..lets wait until MC can finally break free from all these nutbags around him...and maybe...just maybe...his "Wife" would blow up in a little "accident"...along with the President and her piece os daughter...! Besides Anna and Emily, it seems there isn t one good soul on this "Island"....

I disagree completely. Kalie has shown tons of love and care. Especially on the Gentle side. She cuddles him, gives him kisses. They had a romantic dinner. Could their be a little more love and care shown sure, I personally would like a little more, but I think Kalie and MC's relationship is still full of love if you take the gentle route, and I think Kalie is amazing and not evil personally.

As far as I'm concerned, they're pure wasted time that could have been spent on actually advancing the game - and by choosing to not do so the dev wasted not only their time but also whatever remains of my life waiting for an ACTUAL update. So, you know, fuck it.
