I have it and I will share when sales number in Dlsite reached 500+. Anybody want to upload before me be my guess.
They're made by Japanese artist and sells on Japanese publication site. I'm no fan of the censorship either but complaining about it is pointless.

Can the Japanese artist create two versions of the images - without censorship for the western market and with censorship for japanese site ?

many japanese artists don't bother or care about the foreign market. Look at the unbelievable amount of mangas/animes/games that don't get translated. The Japanese are a quite isolationist/self-centered people.
Several months passed since the initial release date and now it should be okay to share.
