That's what a 'Review' is for. Look at the myriad of tags this game has. Who said it was the 'main' theme? It is one of many kinks in the description. If there was just overview in op, where author would say something like this:

I enjoy the bondage and BDSM aspects of the game. I think it works and fits in well.
My only issue at all is the click to spank mechanic. As often as you do it the mechanics of it get a bit repetitive occasionally. It'd be nice if there was a consistent dialogue option where you could pick a specific number instead.
