is there a way to fix the lag? i just switched to an 11th gen i7, nvidia laptop temporarily and it's damned near unplayable even when i set the nvidia GPU as default globally..

Huh... that's odd. The game itself shouldn't be taking many resources others than to decode the webp images and display a few static images. I suspect that there is possibly an error that gets throws perpetually, maybe causing slow down from error spam. If you like you can send me your Player.log. You can find it in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\HachiGames\HailDicktator\

I think, that in the past the developer mentioned, that it is quite problematic to create a diff between new and old version of games based on Unity. However, there may be a chance to create something like 'season 2' of the game, that will start as a separate package - as it was proposed in the forum and the developer replied that it is something to be considered (although no promises).

So, lets keep fingers crossed. I was hoping, that ending the recent 'dream plot' could provide a nice point, when the transition between hypothetical season 1 and season 2 could take place (we are escaping the dream in end of season 1 and the whole plot after can took place in season 2)

Been playing this game for a few years, I quite enjoy it usually. Not many trainers let you be kind and treat the ladies with compassion and respect, so it stands out there.
Have to say I liked the lewd scenes a bit better before the animations. Seems like there were more renders and dialogue in them. Once they started get animations, they all feel so short. They don't seem to have as much intimacy as they once did.
That, and my best girl Sonya not getting any sex scenes added to her gallery for ages, are my only complaints with the game.

Also, can't peep on her in her room, also her maintenance and training rewards/punishments have been stagnant for well over a year.
There are some really nice scenes in the main game gallery though, so I'm happy when we get one of those.

That usually indicates that resources can't be loaded due to them missing or file corruption. Best bet is to re-download and unzip again.
