if you talk about the % you can see in the game it's the % of were you are to be up to date (aka no more new content)
As ciberma7865, said, the Quests % shown is what percentage you have completed of the available content. Every time you complete an update, it's at 100%, and when you start the next update, it goes back to around 96%-98% again.
BTW, didn't you notice that it was at 100% when you completed the update several months ago?

No I stopped playing when I saw the 98% and was waiting for the completed game to play from the start again.
Any news on how much longer it will be before this is completed?
((I stop playing all games unless they are completed now, to many have abandoned there VN/games over the last 4 years or so.))

Hard to say... the game keeps surprising with new story arcs... the main story seems to head to a final conclusion but we might get side tracket again by another girl or the organization won't be defeated with the next victory so the story can continue

I'm not bothered by the updates, even though they are a little short, the developer offers them in a stable manner. The worst part is having to download 3-4 GB each time.

This latest update was okay, but the Duo of Mischief and Jasmine storylines really seem to have been drawn out entirely too long. Heck, this latest update pretty much rehashes the initial Jasmine super-spanking in a toned-down fashion. The only element that actually seems to advance anything is that they gather the plants they talked about gathering during the last update, and the other quests are pretty superfluous.

I've recently started the game, I'm at 64% progress, and I'm having a problem with a quest.
The quest in question is called "the head maid".
I need to buy a "spanking bench" item but I can't find it at Hazel's. I've already bought all the possible items.

I can neither punish Leah nor can I buy anything from Hazel(all items are sold out] to complete the two tasks

If in Question just advance the other Quests to unlock more Options
i also have the same issue and already advance other quest and still stuck with 2 quest which is leah service check and nadia spanking bench and i attach my save file
