Quite simply the best unity game I played. And my personal favourite when it comes to BDSM content. It reminds me of curing my addiction, which is also a great game. There is one disturbing thing and that is the sex scenes. They play out similarly throughout the game, even though it introduces new toys and stuff, the animations aren't flashy compared to everything this game has to offer. I feel like there should be more positions, more animations and different camera angles. That's just my take on it though. Other than that, the game is almost perfect
Edit: I would also add that the story is super interesting and made me read through every single dialogue. One other interesting detail is that I never felt the need to cheat for money or stats. The game flow was just perfect so far.

I can't remember for sure now, but I think it's a few weeks (2 or 3?) into the MC arriving on the island. But I've been playing this from just about the very beginning, so I don't know if you're starting it new right now. Hachigames (the developer) is definitely active on this thread, so they can probably give you a more accurate answer.

it'll take weeks, if you have quest saying sarah this or that then she will arrive in a week or 2.

You proberly need to finish another quest for that to progress then.
You will encounter other quests that takes awhile before you are able to start or progress on them.

it's on specific place at specific time at later point of game. check what star says.

Sometimes story progression of side stuff is locked behind main story progression. As you get further in, these sorts of situations get less and less.
