I can't continue the game. It always crashes when Sarah is telling the ghost story to Rue and Helena. I was hoping the new update would fix this, but it still crashes every time. Any idea what I could do to fix this?
I'm playing on Android and I don't want to delete and reinstall so I have to play it all over again.

I'm starting this game (day 140, 15% progress) and so far I haven't figured out the use of the first (larger) circle, which simulates a clock.

Does it have (or will it have) an effective use throughout the game?

Is there any way to continue without installing new and have to play everything since the Lethe dream Bondage school part again?

I'll have to take a look. Android sometimes has problems when loading animations, though it only affects a few phones, so it's hard to tell what is going wrong without being able to reproduce. I'll add a skip button next update, so the crash can be circumvented if I don't find a fix by then.

Default is off. You enabled them yourself. Your OS does not need extra clutter on the screen. You can advance time without those buttons using options in top right corner or MC bedroom. Rollback works with mouse wheel. Advance time is useful, when game runs out events. Rollback is useful, when you are looking for specific outcome in staff supervision RNG.

Search for "visual c++ redistributable download" in your favorite search engine, go to link on learn.microsoft.com site, download latest supported version for x64 and install it. If you have other games from Steam on your PC, they tend to pull vc++ runtime as part of their dependencies. I would not expect download and install button to work in application that depends on vc++.

You will also need Windows x64 bit version. Game can start on stock Window 10 x64 22H2 and Windows 11 x64 25H2 as long as VC++ runtime is installed.

...I feel dumb. Thank you for pointing out something I should have seen myself. It worked and the game is up!

there are meaningful choices like who to invite to yach and punish or reward girls and later on scavenger hunts etc.

mostly kinetic but fre choices there and there.

Thank you very much. It helped. I was able to play this part without crashing.
But somehow the game seems to run less stable overall. It crashed several times at different parts, even when there's no animation involved.
I can't remember crashing before in the whole several years that I play this game now.

hmm that is indeed weird. I did multiple things I can probably keep the part that probably fixed it, and revert the other stuff (some multithreading stuff).

I found out that the crashes are likely memory related. The animations try to load as fast as possible which suffocates memory on mobile devices (its no problem on desktop), which was the original crash bug. I reduced overhead, but my changes might have caused a memory leak, which might explain the crashes at random points now. I'll investigate.

Yes… and no.

For the most part, there is only a linear way to progress the storyline. There are usually multiple threads running at any given time so there is some freedom as to which threads you want to follow, but ultimately they’ll all need to be done in order to move the story along.

There is no requirement to progress at a set pace though. You can ignore the story progression at any point and just spend day after day doing any of the repeatable activities if you wish.

I would say this is about as sandbox/free roaming as an AVN can be.

Sadly the game is unplayable now. I tried to continue the story today but it crashed six times in less than ten minutes.
I'm at the part when Yuki lets Lethe and Zero climb the trees. Every time I restart I get one or two sentences further, but then the game crashes again.

From the ghost story in the canyon to the Zero/Lethe challenge only two crashes yesterday, but after the challenge starts it crashes nearly every new picture.

Not sure if I've encountered a glitch, or if I'm simply not doing something right. I'm currently at 100% on the game (pending update) and I have been trying to punish Scarlet at the clothing store. The second option, where you tell her to meet you at your room 'tonight' for tickling, doesn't seem to work. The dialogue appears, but Scarlet doesn't seem to appear at the room that night. I've also tried some other options in case it's wrong, such as waiting in the evening, waiting in her room, having Hazel ready to punish someone, and a few other things, but nothing seems to work. There's no option to call her for the punishment either, which leads me to believe something isn't working right there.

Though please let me know if I'm missing something clearly obvious lol.

that quest can be locked, if you start other quest and Leah spends most of time in office for some reason.

if you can find her in pool location around 16-17, use vibrator several times to raise arousal over 10 and then use vibrator one more time.
if Leah goes to office instead of pool mid day, advance other quest.

as a workaround you could try switching back to the old version after saving after the animation that originally crashed.
