Trio in this context means annie + 2 zombies/worms, not 3.

It really is quite awkward the way they phrase it. I remember spending so much time trying to get them and 3 or 2 enemies to trigger a sex scene, to only realize that the girl is included in the number.

I definitely agree. I know there's supposed to be a secret way out of the level above the succubus in annies zombie level, but i have no idea how to unlock it. It's still 100% a solid wall, as is the cyborg.

Guessing I've missed a trigger somewhere
