I randomly loaded the zombie level and got the scene... I think it might be an RNG chance to get them to spawn, maybe? Similar to how you have to load the tutorial several times until one of the girls is in the bathtub. They showed up right at the left of the spawn, but were already doing the boobjob (and the football is next to them). I thought I was supposed to score a goal first. Idk if it's bugged. Anyway, try it out and lmk if it works for you.
I might be dumb but I can't seem to find the Perilous Rift stage at all even after finishing the 2nd stage multiple times.

Make sure you've rescued all the girls. I had to check again and had to re-rescue one of them

Just edited post, I am not sure if this will fix it. Upon activating the event, Masuo & Hanabi will spawn on surface. Interact with them and hanabi will say that there are soccer balls at the other maps. Complete the stage and that should fix it (?)
I'm providing my current save file, this already has Hanabi giving Masuo Titjob/BJ.
This is very possible as well..

Just found this out. After summoning the succubus, you should be able to go up there and talk to that dude that was fucking that chick in the soccer outfit. After that, go to the phone and call Junsa or whoever else and you'll get two animations

I think there might be pre-requisites for that. Zombie Girl doesn't tell me anything about him and trying to enter directly it's still a solid wall. Any ideas what it might be?
Excuse me. There was a recollection room where we could see sex scenes between girls and monsters. Why it disappeared?

Was removed due to (I think) conflicts with Annie mode. It will be re-added in the next update (as far as we've been told).

Lags confirmed on itch io though his quest is wip right now, so nothing yet ☹
1- Go to this map
2- Reach this secret path
3- When you get here, break the crystal and talk to the demon woman
4- after destroying the crystal and talking to the demon, Climb to the end via this other secret path
5- You will find Mac alone here and talk to him to unlock the mission
6- will come to this phone and call melanie or judy, depending on it there will be a different animation
7- Now go back to the mac and you will have two animations, one with it and another in front

about that, here is the answer from the game creator himself: His quest is WIP. It will there in upcoming bug fix. The barrier will still be there. But it will be removed after an action.
