It is not abandoned, the developer is working on updates for another of his games called LustFul Spirit Hunt Ringman Edition, when he releases the update for that game he will return to update this game

This game isn't abandoned outright no, but the developer has stated it's being put on the back burner for some time while he works on his other game. He will come back to this one eventually though there is no clear timeline of when afaik, but he is certainly still active. His other game is pretty straightforward by comparison and probably much less stress to work on, so it's hard to blame him - this one is coming to be quite complex and I think he probably got a sort of writers block on how to proceed with it.

The only content was:

Again, very short, but at least it means that development is resuming again soon.
