I've just checked his Patreon for the first time in a very long time and he seems to have more subscribers than ever before. Almost 1K. I don't know, man; maybe there are more people out there who don't know how to manage their money than we believe.
The number of subscribers has not changed much over the year, what has changed is the average earnings per patron. It seems that after the second-to-last bonus many people raised their tier.
But the graph shows that the release of the 9th bonus had almost no effect (a slight increase in April) on the number of subscribers or income. People got bored. And now he is busy releasing on Steam.
My conclusion - the game is long dead, what we see is an attempt at necromancy from the developer for the sake of making money.
