These kind of games are basically prerendered movies, the mosaic isn't a layer someone might be able to remove. And the yosino games haven't been released outside of Japan I don't think. So no uncensoring.

I searched for a torrent and found, but with Russian translation only (If no Japanese/Russian suits you, you've to use this magnet and English flash file with instructions as given, see post #22 up here) .

Secret in Summer is or at least was not allowed here, but interestingly has a live action JAV staring Mikako Abe... Same with a different Socrates game, and one of the other yosino games. You'll probably have to search for them yourself.
