Can someone tell me how to unlock the blonde one? I can only find her in her room but you can't get in there. All the others I already have level 4 to 5 but nothing happens. How do you unlock the other buildings?

I don't know man, a bunch of these assets looks stolen from a bunch of games. It reminds me a lot of the various ntr simulators where you cuck others. I think the doggystyle shown in the screenshot was lifted from ntr dojo or whatever its called. I'm not sure but it just looks super sus.

OK, almost all of my girls are now at level 13... except for the little girl with the blue hair, I hardly ever meet her... and my sister, who is still at level 6, has more going on with me, or that's it You still can't enter the arcade, hospital and the (large) supermarket

If you check the devs on steam you can see they have a second game which is the same as this one. I guess this is a demo they are selling as a hole game.
