My only takeaway from the preview screenshots is that the Switch in the 4th one is MASSIVE. Seriously, look at it. Thing's the size of the protagonist's torso.

Change the value.
Save the game.
Confirm the value has changed in the save banner.
Exit to title.
Load your save.
Unless you use this roundabout method, the values will revert to whatever was there before you changed it.

BASED. I've been meaning to finish my DohnaDohna playthru for ages, opening this stolen dumpster fire of a game, was just the push I needed to finally get back to the good shit.

Might be against the rules but this game is a clear ripoff of WakuWaku games, like they completely copied 3 girls from
Lustful Traditional Massage Parlor and the scene from the second screenshot is a 1=1 retrace on Self Defence Dojo just with worse art.
So if you like this game, also try those 2 I pinged above and please support those creators because they bring us such quality games.
