So, as for the 2nd customer of the park. Well I think I got lucky with the 2nd one because I met the boyfriend about the 3rd time I went to the park. On the other hand for 3rd, I haven't had any luck yet after about thirty times in the bar
So, really really random
Work on the other two girls first. I'm not sure about the exact requirements but I do know the third will not show up until the other two have levelled up some.

First missing one is a random occurrence when you tell the bartender you don't want a drink.
Second missing one is when you fail either minigame at the sex shop.
Successfully complete all 4 of the store clerk minigames (2 per clerk) then the next time you go to them will be a button labelled CG. Pressing that will give you the scene (need to do it with both clerks).
