those say LV1 not LV3 the demo version currently caps out at LV 2 for lwedity and power ups

So they do, could havce sworn I saw level 3 appear, especially since I'd already bought both the level 1and level 2 power ups.

In the Demo, you can do the following:

Level up your Handyman Level also known as Reliability to Lvl 5
Level up the 2 girls upto Lewd Level 2

You need to have met both of the above conditions and then go to the Bar and refuse to buy a drink, which opens the option for the Secret Shop which can only be accessed at Late Night for upgrades.
