But can you help me how they shall be operated in this game?
I opened all the folders, but I couldn't select any files.
I opened the file "PNG_" in \img\pictures, but this error is displayed.

That seems to be wrong version attached to link. It is XP/VX/ACE not MV.
Than take MV from here https://f95zone.to/threads/rpg-maker-mv-rpgmv-file-decryptor.1407/ You can download or use online version.
