I lookt and think you have to continue with Mika before you can continue with Rosie. Go to the library and talk to Mika, who will then come to your house to talk to Rosie.
Saw you have a lot of money, is that the mod? could cause problems because the mod is no longer updated.

End of update 0.3.2 was Mika level 1 100%. In 0.3.3 you get a kissing relation level 2 20% so yes that is it for now.

I started 2 times a new game but i don't see to have any option or anything for free mode

You don't have to start a new game guys, just enable the console and type "gmode = True".

Is there any way to turn on the skipping with CTRL or other keybind? this is really frustrating to clicking thousands of time for the same event.
You have to change the game files. I did on my own but I made a bunch of changes and don't want to upload them here and have people complain to me that they broke their game cuz of my files.
