i get nothing in 1st part of morning and lucy in 2nd. nothing for rosie. i am using the mod in op not sure if that would factor in.

Just checked, you have to go to the library in the morning to talk to Mika. She then says that she will visit Rosie. A day later this will happen automatically in the afternoon if you stay at home. And then the story with Rosie continues.
If you're using an old mod that could cause problems.
