Really thoughtful for someone who never tried this game ;-) well, I think it still belongs to the cutest art styles ever made for ren'py visual novels, BUT there are always 2 sides of the same coin (see reviews) and you know, the dev is still not present on f95This game has been on my watchlist for over a year now but I have never interested to try and play it. For starters, the overview in the OP is very lackluster and tells very little about the game/story. An updated overview would do great for this game. There are only 3 promo pictures in the OP and as long as I can remember they were the same pictures and never updated. Weren't there any new good renders from the game?
After reading some recent posts and reviews, I think that I am a lot more less interested to play this game. (Disclaimer: I didn't read or go through all 317 pages of posts and 114 reviews to learn more as I am not that enthutiastic about this game in the first place.)
To actual fans that play the game my question is, what is (or are) the reasons that excites you about this game that outsiders cannot figure out?

What the heck happened to the interface on this? A perfectly good default renpy interface has been redesigned to be unusable. On the linux version, at least, it's impossible to turn off time wasting transitions, ESC does nothing, right click does nothing. How do you exit the game or save progress if you can't interact with it?

Aside from all the complaints I'm reading, the renderings and animations are AMAZING!!! Wish all games had this much detail!

Man, I can see the doom of the game has started. Beware guys, slow peace and small updates is just the beginning, then there will be just posts about the state of the "upcoming" update, and finally... radio silence. What a shame tho, the art style felt kinda unique, although the story wasn't engaging enough, that's like a secondary thing when we talk about porn games.
But since I'm not a patreon and I pay no money, I won't whine about it and I'll just move on to the next game.

Me too. Although I don't remember the last time I checked this game, probably 2 years ago, the decline of the giant updates, when there were more than a hundred and twenty hours of reading about people complaining, is really pissing me off. It used to be a monthly update where we got a thousands of words, tens of millions of new pixels, the dev sacrificing his personal weekend hours of free time to really put in the work, the sweat and the code in.
Nowadays? If you get 3 events with 2000 words each and 15 new 1080p images, you are lucky! The Dev doesn't even work on it full time. You are right, Rakssu, there's definitely been a decline, you can see it in the change-log how unsteady the regular, monthly supply of updates with 2-5 events has been!

given his income to cost of living ratio, I would say there is absolutely zero reason for him to do anything more than he does right now.
Its less about blaming the dev IMO, and more about people not putting any value in their own income or money. If they did this dev would be having to work a lot harder for the same income level.
It is part of the con, eh package. It makes is sound like if you financially support this scammer, eh developer then you will have input in the making of the game. Essentially it helps to keep the illusion going so the milking can continue...
