I don't use the mod so I don't get those tips, but if I use your save I can do the following to progress.

Go to bedroom lucy, play cards.
Later in the day when Lucy and Rosie are in the living room watch TV together.
Next day after going to bathroom in late morning for Rosie shover scene

Maybe there will be another hint after that.

And with the pauses and the extremely small updates even a year of waiting isn’t enough to enjoy new material because the total game time will not be more than 2 hours.
For the dev is crystal clear that all this is now a hobby at his free time and nothing more.
Too bad because the game itself is amazing...
