Well now I got it to run after running it in WinXP SP3 compatibility mode, must be a problem with win8 for whatever reason

Talk to some villagers, the ones that disappear after you talk to them mention her. Then go talk to this one NPC at the shrine at night, and then talk to the village mayor. Then she appears at the bus stop at night time.

I cant go inside the shrine, there is a box stop me
