What to do if the observatory with Katya is closed in the evenings? Have I lost Katya forever? Although I can still meet her in the pool. If so, how do I edit the save file to get it back? Please, I really need this. I've achieved everything else in the game, I can't stand a replay

In this guide it mentions reading books that Yurika recommends at the library. I got her to mention a book at the park, but I don't see an option to read it at the library. Any specific requirements to unlock this?
Edit: Or maybe I should ask some users who don't have a total of 1 message for the 7 years they've been a member.
Know anything about Yurika's books?

Can anyone explain the Tsubasa 4th achievement?
Guide says not pregnant and randomly find her in the arcade but no matter how much I farm it, she never appears there.
EDIT:
I've found it.
The only thing that I noticed is that I came inside her 10 times and that I kept finding and following her in the mall.
EDIT 2:
Now it's a recurring event.
I went to do Sybil through the menu and it would normally boot me back to the arcade and it started the Tsubasa arcade event again.
