There's a hidden path around the entrance to the bath, you gotta follow it to the end, then trigger the bath scene.

Aw, no 3some slimes or mimics? ._. would like more monsters that arent humanoid in game, it's good to diversify. There's a lot of options in fantasy that can be used to avoid triggering Paintreon strict guidelines.

The rarity is exactly to balance the gameplay, if it was common there would be no drawback/risk to getting full.

Cum dribbles out over time anyway. If you really want to, you can spend a bunch of time walking in circles to let it drain. That also raises your limit btw. But it takes calories, so you might want some way of getting those from the cum too.

I suggest to play it normally just don't let your cum bar be empty and focus on re-runs that way you don't have to just run around to increase the bar recruiting kobold and frank increases your cum bar, i think it's more efficent to rush for recruits go for a re-run and repeat

Actually, if you're lucky, you could get a cursed ring of cum -10 or more, so you can sex some enemies and barely get any cum. If you do so and want to enjoy in game scenes you could make a copy of that save.
