Of course, i do no know this game has a android version or not, but if you mean the online version, use the save editing guide for that, of course if you want to change the "save" inside of your phone, at the google play store search "base 64 encode or decode", install an encoder, then use the save editing guide.

You can not (because the files are still in the server, not your computer), of course you can add the alpha access to your "save file" then load your save file, you have the alpha access with this trick (editing your save file and adding the alpha access).
