Yep, I just get the "you gotta install the 2017 x86 version bro" no matter what I try, uninstalls, reinstalls, repairs, etc. Dunno if it's a Windows 11 thing.

Well I have Windows 10 and Windows Server 2022 (2022/2025 base on Win11 core) and game works.
If game not works you have corrupted Windows Files or you have active Windows Defender.

I have Windows 11 and I just tried the game, it works fine. I think the problem is on your end. Try turning off your AV temporarily and run the game.

Possibly, I know that windows 11 update 24h2 bricked some games, particularly Ubisoft. Some of them include: Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, Watch Dogs: Legion(happened to me)and newer releases like Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Star Wars Outlaws.
Could it be also affecting this game? Also odd question, but did you run the game from C: drive?
Mine worked perfectly fine before my PC upgrade where I also updated to W11, I don't recall having any particular issues on W10. Disabling Windows AV doesn't seem to do anything so I suppose my next try is trying to find a working link for the unpacked version and try that.

Could it be updated since it's version 10.4?
Since they claim to add 350,000 texts at a time, it would be nice to see that it's not just a scam.
Furthermore, $4,500 for a basic text game and keeping it paywalled for over 10 years would be a good idea to inform the tax authorities and have them investigate.
Because it seems like a blatantly illegal activity.
If the F95 community fails to provide an updated, free-to-play version, it seems like F95 is receiving a kickback...
It's unfair to other developers who see their work constantly and professionally maintained.
I'm referring to their paid versions.
What's the biggest obstacle the community faces?
Why aren't Pure Onyx experiencing these challenges?

My brother in christ, there's been no reason to reupload the new versions. Just go to their website, download the latest release, and apply one of the still-working patreon cracks. Heck, I'll re-upload mine since the newer versions let me simplify it. Just extract the "Data" folder so that it sits in the same folder as the hornstown executable.
