Using your screenshot, that would be Amber (top middle), Madison (top right), and Elizabeth (bottom left). My memory's a little fuzzy on specifics, so there might be other ways to get them. So, I believe Isabella is mutually exclusive with any other girls (so you can only get her); or, you can get Nanami (but not staying the night) and Amber both, but then Madison and Elizabeth are mutually exclusive (you must pick one of them, based on the above).

There must be a specific sequence in order to get the Good Boy's Reward, because I played Madison's scene choosing multiple paths and still couldn't get the badge. Has anyone gotten it?

Yeah I can't help ya, it refused to 'unlock' for me as well. Even playing the new 0.24 I ran thru that 'sequence' several times. Just wouldn't unlock. So either we're missing something, or it's bugged - dunno.
I resorted to just messing around with the variables and gave myself that achievement, so I have it, but definitely didnt 'unlock' it thru actual gameplay.
Normally I dont chase achievements, but this one was bugging me, so I had to

Choose "Make peace with Madison" in pool scene with Nanami and "Hold it" in night scene with Madison.

in 1st part their relations was more tense and slower(i dont like and play slow drama games so this is not the case) + next few scenes with different girls i forgot, also hentai-ish.
btw doesnt dev started remaking game, because it was ~0.5-0.6?) in-game it was decent 0.2. so there was no problem

Also i agree with you, another point i would like to add, mc becoming a horn dog at 40 years age, feels kinda weird to me

Becoming? Wasn't it strongly enough implied that he constantly slept with prostitutes throughout his time in Osaka (so for years and years)? I would definitely call someone who does that nightly a horndog.
