Why the f*ck would you make not playable in the windows below 10?
Probably not many still using those. They aren't supported anymore.

Because the new Ren'Py requires Windows 10 or above. I agree because I have a decked out Windows 7 computer that I use just for these games. Now I also have to use my Windows 11 computer. It sucks.

Not terribly surprising. When Microsoft is killing off even Win 10, the odds that things were still going to work with Win 8 or prior was always going to be slim.

Isn't this game get remade a year ago or smt ? if the devs are such perfectionist that they feel the need to remake the game why use AI in the first place ? Anyone that has eyes can pretty much tell u that the AI renders just looks so much worse. Its not like the game was looking like ass b4 and maybe the AI will actually improves the visual. The thing that is so disappointing is that this game has pretty good art direction b4 so the devs already knows what they are doing. I cant imagine why a creator that already has a good eye for visual would look at an AI renders and think to themselves "yeah this looks good actually way better than my previous art that i made myself"
I checked their Patreon and they have 2.6k members as well, that's more members than 90% devs on this site has so they're clearly not starve for resources .Why wasted everyone's time by adding AI ?
All that being said the latest update gives me some hope the MC looks and talks A LOT better, the conversation with Madison on the train is probably the best scene in the game and i look foward to the next update to see what she has to say.

And there have already been 2-3 remakes: the first one to rework the story, the second to add AI and now to remove it.
Same here, I had an old laptop I used for these games. It`s microsoft`s fault though.
Beside these sorts of "planned obsolescenses" they made a huge mess with their updates these last few years too, even worse than the usual I mean, twice in critical ways and globally.
Some of the problems can be solved by cracks or by emulators but I yet never checked how to do that for Renpy.
As long as it is a de facto monopoly they can keep spitting in our faces. Hopefully Harmony OS or its successors will be fully compatible with most stuff in a few years, Linux has been around forever, but it`s clearly not enough.
By the way, who wrote the dialogs for the main character? He is really not believable as an adult man at times. He always seem insecure, most of the times the women are leading. Beside that all of them are manipulating him easily, even kids. I often have to skip through.

I recall the Antonella strip-quiz game scene from before the remake which seems to correspond with the "The Grand Prize" achievement in the current build. That said, no matter what I try I can't get the scene or achievement. Am I missing something?

Totally agree. I am really hating what I call the new Microsoft. The way they are pumping out OS, they don't even get it up to par before they are telling you support is ending; get a new one.
