the dev and his wife made the game together. the wife i recall that she was called neko, made some writing and character scripting etc. they also got so lovey dovey in their pre patreon area in posts so i would say the game is dead as the love 9of them is also deadgame is not abandoned

I figured they had broken up after he accidentally stabbed her in the eye with an Assassin's Creed hidden blade replica. The locking mechanism failed and the blade went into her eye.
lol what really? if so they still where a couple for some month after taht as he always talked about neko having one blind eye for some time. wtf this so fucking sad for neko...
Yeah, I think that happened a couple years ago, but Idr exactly when. I set the game aside for a while to let updates build up so I would have more content to work through at one time. When I saw the post about it I was shocked and appalled. Like, bruh, you aren't supposed to point weapons at people unless you actually intend them harm. A replica hidden blade that had, as far as I'm aware, a real blade and apparently a faulty trigger mechanism, qualifies as a weapon. And he pointed it at her face close enough for it to stab her in the eye but, thankfully, not close enough for it to go THROUGH her eye and INTO her brain. If I remember correctly, the damage was permanent, like something detached and the doctors couldn't fix it. So they like glued her eyelid shut. Now, Nomoshing admitted all this in a post, very much kicking himself for the accident, so no hate here. Sometimes people do supremely stupid things without realizing it until it's too late (like the teens who thought they could stop a bullet with a textbook, so the girl fired a revolver, I think, at the textbook he was holding, pretty much point blank, and it killed him). I'm just saying I thought that might have been the relationship ender.

While it's great to see the enthusiasm, I will note it's not an official release. It's a fanupdate and while it has the blessings of the official dev team, it isn't made by them, so keep that in mind.... Now that aside, I really hope this can revive a game I love
It's a fan update on their discord heard it has no moshing's blessing
