The small pictures that appear overtop of the primary picture should be moved out of the way so that they don't overlap as it covers up part of the scene and it would be more desirable to view everything without it overlapping.
More variations of the small pictures should be added, such as to depict heat/love milestones, length of event, reactions to actions taken by the player and so on. I'd also recommend adding a secondary large picture, such as to have two of them side by side to fill in the width of the larger square that the pictures appear in. In fact if possible, having the windows take on more of a comic page appearance would likely be better than the current overlapping, it wouldn't strictly be a comic page, just having them side by side and with new pictures simply attached to the side of the primary picture(s) for the event.
More actions to take throughout each of the scenes, which can easily play into the points system (authority, heat, etc..) of the game, such as telling her to touch herself in various ways, more options for the hug event such as kissing, groping, spanking and etc..
I'm not so sure how you'd feel about this but possibly even slapping her could be an option, (not full palm across the whole face, just with the the fingers slapping her cheek) either one type of slap or with various levels of strength and other variations, I think this action should require an incredibly high level of authority, or possibly a new masochism points scale? It would tie into general spanking as well, perhaps even a new spanking event. When thinking of it some more, I suppose something besides favors, like "guilt' or something along those lines could be added which would be more effective to use on her for actions that she currently deems to be degrading, with those same events becoming normalized to her as she does it several times, which would than require the use of favors to help convince her. The "Caught!" event is an already established potential source for "guilt", I suppose having the MC deliver products from the cafe in the rain could be an alternative source of these "guilt" points.
Exhibitionism could also be added, I assume that would work best once the "follow me" option becomes available.
Beyond that, adding more methods to collect favors, such as working overtime at the cafe, spotting her at the gym and so on.
I know you intend to have a shopping system eventually, so buying adult toys and the like could be considered eventually. Also items from the cafe which could act as gifts for the other two characters you intend to add.
I would also recommend that you get a Discord, and attempt to establish a community there, it would be very beneficial and you honestly should've done this sooner, you've got a high enough level of competence and quality of work to become incredibly successful with this, you've simply got to keep at it.

For your point on large images, would "medium" sized images be used? For example, rather than having two large images, you could have one large and two medium ones, both of which would be placed over top of each other and be equal in size to a single large image.
There is also a possibility of adding some sort of effect to overlay images, such as hearts and words to describe sounds and such, it would be similar to what you'd see in old comics, such as Batman punching some goon and the word "POW!" written near his fist to emphasize the action. Different varieties of these (such as increasing number of hearts) could help to convey greater intensity to whatever message you're trying to emphasize. Of course implementing something like this would be difficult as it would heavily rely on its appearance to be good enough for it to work, though you seem more than capable from what I've seen.
At the moment, I just know that I want escalating side-actions, so the player must decide for themselves how far they want to go instead of me telling them where they should stop. Jill might never appreciate having someone spit in her mouth, as an example, but I feel like the core fantasy of this game is being allowed to push those boundaries and see what you can get away with. As for analog actions like a 'spank force' slider, the overhead of something like that would be very high, I think I'd have to do what I did with the 'paizuri' scene and just have a set of discrete options like 'light' and 'hard'. You're right, that approach (just adding more sexy actions) would be more in line with the expectations I've set up. I don't know if I could do 10 heart levels but there are 6 currently planned. If the progression feels like it's not granular enough I can add more, though.When it comes to the shop, I honestly think you could get away with delaying it for quite some time. You could add it once you get the next character added to the game, even have them work at the shop or store as a way of adding a location for them to be present at whichever time of day you want. Simply adding a greater variety of actions and variations of current actions that players may take to gain points, for example, the hugging event currently allows you to continue the hug, and to grab Jill's butt. By adding the ability to grope, spank, kiss, hair pulling, slapping and so on to this event, and then adding different intensities and variations to these actions (including current actions). You'd be able to stretch out how much content you'd get from each event with this method. In fact I would suggest that you increase the relationship level hearts up to 10 if you do seriously go down this route of adding many more options and variations.

This way you'd have two levels of requirements, the first to unlock the "base action" and the second to unlock a variation of that action, in fact you could have multiple rounds of points requirements for multiple variations. Certain variations could be tied to her at the time sexual stimulus, like erect nipples and wetness.
When thinking about the hug event some more, I think that when the player attempts to end the hug, that Jill actually takes the initiative to pull the player back into the hug and she asks to continue it more, that could be a method of hinting to the player that he could try his luck with her. I suppose other events could have something similar happen as well, for example Jill could grope the player character's arm at t he gym and comment on his body.
You're right about the mid-scene reactions, I think I'll add something like the negotiation blurbs "It's not very effective..." for the scenes with repeating actions "Jill seems to like it a lot" etc. and change her patience loss accordingly. In fact you should consider replacing the current heat points with attraction points instead, to show how sexually attracted she is to the player, this could then be something that actually requires some amount of upkeep, by making it degrade over time. It could also take vigor into account, as its really just the player character becoming more physically fit, which itself should have its points degrade. You could also have different types of actions increase attraction for each of the women at different rates as a way to show difference in character and values.
Perhaps not attraction, or perhaps not to be changed at all, but I think it would be more reasonable that the current heat points (and all points in general) at the least require some upkeep, as it is now you can ignore her for days and suffer no losses to any of the points.

I think having Jill occasionally be in a different room than expected would help with immersion, as long as it doesn't interfere with anything the player might need to do. I'm going to add a lot more locations, especially with the new characters (Like the university) and dates are definitely coming as well.You could also extend the day with one or two more time slots, perhaps add other locations beyond the items shop, such as a grocery store, park, beach and locations to bring women out on dates. Looking at the map there seems to be a convenience store (I assume that is meant to be the item shop in game) and a trail into the forest as well. You could also reuse the living room and have Jill watching a movie or even just have her cleaning around the house. You could also add in days of the week as well to further expand on the amount of options you have to work with, including more complicated schedules and the ability to plan for dates days in advance.
I'd also like to ask, what are your plans on options for changing Jill's clothes? I see that the "Not Implemented" line, states that it involves "hair/clothes/accessory".
This is good advice. I've noticed that basically every developer besides me has a banner for their game.Realistically the Discord is going to be incredibly empty, most people don't comment much and you'd be starting with a brand new server on top of that. It's going to take quite a while to get it active, but simply using it as a primary source of sharing information, and direct communication would help promote more activity. You should also take every opportunity to promote the server that you get. For example, for every update, post the changelog in a comment, write a sentence or two and then add in that people should join the Discord server. You should consider making banners so that fans of the game here can use them and advertise the game for free, the one you have for the post with the download links should immediately be promoted as an option.

Either way it would be best to have as many images on screen as possible, for example, you could have the main images in the center of the screen, small ones along the top and medium ones (or more small) along the bottom. Think of it as having three different sized rows that cover up the near entirety of the central segment of the screen/UI. To enable this more effectively you should consider resizing things to get more space for images available. You could easily get away with reducing the size of the text box, especially as most lines take up at most 1/3 of the space, even reducing font size a bit would help. Reducing the size of the two side sections (the parts that track her outfit and points) would also help, I assume that the currently incredibly empty segment on the left, which tracks vigor is planned to depict the status of a second woman during scenes. But trimming things here and there would allow for great space to work with for scenes.
As for the use of multiple large images being limited to just threesome scenes, that seems like a purposely and, forgive me, a foolishly wasted opportunity. Simply put this is a game that is predominantly for heterosexual men, and men are stimulated most strongly by visuals, therefore providing a greater quantity of eye candy is the best course of action.
For example, when having Jill watch the player masturbate, you are given a currently unavailable choice to have her kneel down, it would seem reasonable to assume that you would be given a multitude of options for this. Such as to have her remove clothes, sticking out her tongue, blowjob and so on. More specifically to my example, you could also instruct her to masturbate. So naturally having at least one image that would depict a blowjob, or simply the player character stroking towards/onto Jill's face, with a second image depicting her kneeling body, of course to fully show off her curves and her own masturbation would be significantly more ideal than simply one image. You could also have an image of her backside, zoomed in (or not) on her butt showing how wet she is from an alternative angle to the kneeling pose I mentioned before. Of course considerations for details, such as blushing and wetness would further increase event quality.
Although with that being said, depending on the player's imagination being put to work, is still a good idea. Though allowing it to work to "animate" some in game scenes (alongside imagining entirely new content) in whole or in part on your behalf, would be better, you simply need to provide a greater variety of those scenes, especially key scenes that maximize the sexual appeal of the target woman, though of course actual animations remain preferable.
When it comes to the layout of images, my mind keep going to another game, called "Starmaker Story" and how they handle their scenes, which actually has some level of similarity with your game. Although what they do is to have the images appear, take up space, spread out as more appear and then once too many are on screen the oldest image is removed, and then images begin sliding to the left as more pop up and the eldest of the on screen images is removed for a new one to take up space. With that being said having a focus to maximize player choice and customizable options would be far more appreciated by the player base, and would be seen as a pillar of quality, you've already made a strong impression in terms of quality and such, so to further that even more would increase your odds of success significantly.

I agree that its best to disregard the idea of sliders, it would likely overcomplicate things unnecessarily. You should also update the preview images in the first post of the thread every so often.
As for the content you plan to have in the future, I'm not sure how exact you want variations of images (for example, with or without piercings/tattoos) to remain the same. I'm not sure of the limitations of the AI you're using, but it could be that you end up unable to recreate an image with a variable in a way that resembles the base "unaltered" image. This is to say that you might have to create all variations and such at once for a scene in order to maximize your odds of ensuring that all variations of images look similar enough to each other, assuming that you're aiming for having all versions of an image to be ~90% the same with the ~10% being just the player's choice to customize and other small details. Do you happen to edit the images manually in any way, and if not, do you plan to in the future?

I think it would be best that you have two options to get content from women, the first is to gain enough love and relationship level, the other is to negotiate, with negotiations coming off as more demanding and forceful. The distinction between the two should be more obvious via dialogue and such. Even facial expressions, whether or not she looks the MC in the eyes and other small details. This should reflect in how the women refer to you, for example though love Jill could call you "Baby" or some sort of other soft name, but through authority and domination she could call you "Master".
As an extra idea I just came up with, certain vigor milestones should increase the amount of semen that the MC releases when he orgasms, and there could even be items to buy that increase the amount even more and even further beyond realistic human limits, which I believe high vigor (200 seems like a reasonable maximum) should allow for a very large amount of semen to be released. This would play into the fact that Jill seems to have fertility issues, which I assume is what was hinted at during her pregnancy dream, and play into a breeding fetish as well of course, which is likely where things are going for Jill if I had to guess.
Another idea would be to have the reward scene for gaining a favor, such as fixing the sink to change depending on relationship level, for example, a better hug, kissing and beyond.
Yet another idea would be to have your vigor capable of outlasting her own endurance, so she gets too tired to continue an action, and as a result can get a "guilt" point that I mentioned before as an alternative to favors, it could also be used more effectively in the moment to negotiate for another sex scene in order to compensate the MC's blue balls.

I heavily suggest that you add a request system, for example you could have Jill ask the MC to grab her but, and if he does than she could get more points out of it.
As for the point on mid-scene reactions, you should try to make it feel like Jill really does have a mind of her own and that she can even take initiative to start actions herself, rather than it being entirely the player's input. You could even have a system that allows the player to punish her if she tries to take over and initiate a scene.
I'm glad to see that dates are planned, there is a lot that can be added by simply having a well made dating system, and an attached award system as well.
I would suggest having her wear butt plugs, internal and external vibrators, piercings, tattoos and so on. Keep in mind on my point from before on the limitations of the AI in case it is relevant when it comes to pose/outfit/appearance variations of scenes.
The vibrators could be a method of stopping heat loss should you add in heat point degradation.

I partially disagree with the idea that players should use their imagination, having something to see to be paired with the use of the imagination would naturally beat out just the use of the imagination. In fact it would be best to provide players with as much content as reasonably possible, perhaps even to go so far as to give them some level of control over what they see, such as a slider that allows them to slide a block of images left and right, or options to resize images, replace images and etc...
Either way it would be best to have as many images on screen as possible, for example, you could have the main images in the center of the screen, small ones along the top and medium ones (or more small) along the bottom. Think of it as having three different sized rows that cover up the near entirety of the central segment of the screen/UI. To enable this more effectively you should consider resizing things to get more space for images available. You could easily get away with reducing the size of the text box, especially as most lines take up at most 1/3 of the space, even reducing font size a bit would help. Reducing the size of the two side sections (the parts that track her outfit and points) would also help, I assume that the currently incredibly empty segment on the left, which tracks vigor is planned to depict the status of a second woman during scenes. But trimming things here and there would allow for great space to work with for scenes.
As for the use of multiple large images being limited to just threesome scenes, that seems like a purposely and, forgive me, a foolishly wasted opportunity. Simply put this is a game that is predominantly for heterosexual men, and men are stimulated most strongly by visuals, therefore providing a greater quantity of eye candy is the best course of action.
For example, when having Jill watch the player masturbate, you are given a currently unavailable choice to have her kneel down, it would seem reasonable to assume that you would be given a multitude of options for this. Such as to have her remove clothes, sticking out her tongue, blowjob and so on. More specifically to my example, you could also instruct her to masturbate. So naturally having at least one image that would depict a blowjob, or simply the player character stroking towards/onto Jill's face, with a second image depicting her kneeling body, of course to fully show off her curves and her own masturbation would be significantly more ideal than simply one image. You could also have an image of her backside, zoomed in (or not) on her butt showing how wet she is from an alternative angle to the kneeling pose I mentioned before. Of course considerations for details, such as blushing and wetness would further increase event quality.
Although with that being said, depending on the player's imagination being put to work, is still a good idea. Though allowing it to work to "animate" some in game scenes (alongside imagining entirely new content) in whole or in part on your behalf, would be better, you simply need to provide a greater variety of those scenes, especially key scenes that maximize the sexual appeal of the target woman, though of course actual animations remain preferable.
When it comes to the layout of images, my mind keep going to another game, called "Starmaker Story" and how they handle their scenes, which actually has some level of similarity with your game. Although what they do is to have the images appear, take up space, spread out as more appear and then once too many are on screen the oldest image is removed, and then images begin sliding to the left as more pop up and the eldest of the on screen images is removed for a new one to take up space. With that being said having a focus to maximize player choice and customizable options would be far more appreciated by the player base, and would be seen as a pillar of quality, you've already made a strong impression in terms of quality and such, so to further that even more would increase your odds of success significantly.
Honestly if I were you, I'd try to squeeze in as much variety of content as you can for the sake of applying as many genre tags to the game as possible, within reason of course. With each tag acting as a chance to draw in more players seeking out content for their specific kink, though all to varying degrees tied to the popularity of that genre/tag/kink, so of course you'd have to figure out the priority list with that in mind.
For example, the player character could urinate onto the woman, or he could instruct her to go to the showers at the gym and do sexual things with her there as a form of exhibitionism. Another example, would be to have her smell the MCs groin (scent tag), kiss his groin through his pants, and then his underwear, and then bare, with variations for whether or not the MC has an erection or for whether or not he just received a blowjob/had sex (same with her appearance too). Another example, content of degree of "sloppiness" for blowjobs, increasing amounts of spit/saliva, including for kissing, with small windows showing off her mouth with varying degrees of "dirtiness", then you'd have images of these scenes to promote the game and be used to draw in more players. Of course you emphasize that all content is optional, in fact just have "OPTIONAL" written over top images that depict more niche fetish content, that way people against certain types of content aren't pushed away. I agree that its best to disregard the idea of sliders, it would likely overcomplicate things unnecessarily. You should also update the preview images in the first post of the thread every so often.
As for the content you plan to have in the future, I'm not sure how exact you want variations of images (for example, with or without piercings/tattoos) to remain the same. I'm not sure of the limitations of the AI you're using, but it could be that you end up unable to recreate an image with a variable in a way that resembles the base "unaltered" image. This is to say that you might have to create all variations and such at once for a scene in order to maximize your odds of ensuring that all variations of images look similar enough to each other, assuming that you're aiming for having all versions of an image to be ~90% the same with the ~10% being just the player's choice to customize and other small details. Do you happen to edit the images manually in any way, and if not, do you plan to in the future?
I think you could very easily fit in 10 and likely more, there is such a wide variety of options that you can work with. For example, you could have the player character get no sexual actions with the women for the first relationship level, you could just have spying and MC's dreams as a form of getting sexual content in the game (for example Jill in the shower, at home and at the gym - or her masturbating in her room after the first "Caught!' event and enough heat points). Than you have the 2nd or 3rd relationship level be when the player is able to start to grope the women to varying degrees, one woman is more opposed to being groped on her breasts, the other more for her ass, you mentioned a religious girl who should be opposed to both. If the woman is more opposed to one part being groped, add that to the 3rd relationship level, if she is more accepting of that part, have that added to the 2nd level. Than allow the negotiation system to be used to allow players to try and get past inhibitions, and whatever other liberties you decide to add to that. Such as slapping, spitting, spanking, groping and so on.
You could also make use of "candid" content, such as viewing Jill's ass while she is walking on a treadmill, washing the dishes, cleaning in the house and etc...
I think it would be best that you have two options to get content from women, the first is to gain enough love and relationship level, the other is to negotiate, with negotiations coming off as more demanding and forceful. The distinction between the two should be more obvious via dialogue and such. Even facial expressions, whether or not she looks the MC in the eyes and other small details. This should reflect in how the women refer to you, for example though love Jill could call you "Baby" or some sort of other soft name, but through authority and domination she could call you "Master".
As an extra idea I just came up with, certain vigor milestones should increase the amount of semen that the MC releases when he orgasms, and there could even be items to buy that increase the amount even more and even further beyond realistic human limits, which I believe high vigor (200 seems like a reasonable maximum) should allow for a very large amount of semen to be released. This would play into the fact that Jill seems to have fertility issues, which I assume is what was hinted at during her pregnancy dream, and play into a breeding fetish as well of course, which is likely where things are going for Jill if I had to guess.
Another idea would be to have the reward scene for gaining a favor, such as fixing the sink to change depending on relationship level, for example, a better hug, kissing and beyond.
Yet another idea would be to have your vigor capable of outlasting her own endurance, so she gets too tired to continue an action, and as a result can get a "guilt" point that I mentioned before as an alternative to favors, it could also be used more effectively in the moment to negotiate for another sex scene in order to compensate the MC's blue balls.

For instance, you actually reminded me that when I was designing the game in the first place, negotiations were supposed to be an alternative to love/hearts and you were only meant to have to negotiate the first time you got permission instead of every time (and 'demand' was called 'force' and it was basically a rape option). Also, the point about adding more candid/spy/teasing/sleep content is well taken. Either way I have complete confidence in this Dev, the trajectory for this game seems phenomenal compared to 99% of the usual stuff uploaded to this site. I mean this game could literally become a pillar of Ai porn games and proof that such games can actually be made to a high quality.

I keep a lot of notes centralized in a wiki-style program called obsidian, but the game is just very complex and it's easy to lose sight of smaller things and forget about them. I'm gonna take some time to process and decide what's actionable and what is out of scope, but I want you to know I appreciate being forced to sit down and think about these things via your suggestions.
That goes for anyone else who has constructive feedback. I want this to be a community-oriented project and I've always planned to add support for modded scenes and clothing layers and stuff so that everyone is able to get the experience they want, even if it wasn't a part of my original vision.
One of the reasons I like this game and am following the process, is the dialogue and teasing aspects of the game. Granted, it is still early with the 0.2.1 build, but I am a sucker for small tidbits and details and I think the dialogue has room to become very captivating with future updates. The facial reactions to the teasing and voyeurism, including the sly glaces and reactions of Jill are enjoyable and pull me in for the ride.
