Yep, i read that and is gonna take a while, reading a mod structure and adapt your work to it, also I haven't named him because who knows, maybe someone else will pick it up and release it faster or Lain returns. A lot can happen.JGNeon has it in his to do list right now.

From what I understand, she is having health problems? If that's the case, I hope it's nothing serious and she will recover fast. I am familiar with her work, but i haven't had the pleasure to "talk" with her. Yep, "Creature Get!" co-developed by Lain and Nitely(who did 2 other games, but one failed at the first release due to new patreon rules about "underage looking/being characters", and the other game failed in the making, last news about Nitely is dated 1rst november 2023)
the features of the mod aren't necessary, and the game itself isn't that complex, you don't really need a walkthrough if you ask me.
what about the removed/extra content the mod offers, would i be missing much?

while the mod isn't necessary, it does tell you extra things like Raise person A to level 10 for extra dialogue during person B's event
Honestly, the only removed/added content I really miss without the mod are Kali's exhibition scenes. The mod overall is a great addition, but missing it doesn't really make the game less enjoyable. So atm, I'm playing unmodded version, waiting for a 0.18 modded version but not holding my breath.
the mod is really only helpful for adding money imo, that is the only thing that is a bit of a limiter and only in the beginning, there is absolutely no need for a walkthrough, the game has tags on clickable areas that tell you when there is an event available and has ample stat tracking to let you know how far you are from unlocking something
i dont think its going to happen. they have been missing since march, so 6 months now. modders are dropping left and right
Yep, Lain MIA after making very disturbing comments related to suicidal ideation on her discord, Sancho MIA after a hurricane hit his home state and took out the power grid (with things back to normal now as I understand it, so he should be back by now if whatever happened to him wasn't permanent), F4...whatever (the AI-assisted 60fps video mod guy) just plain MIA (i.e. no known possible reason), and of course LordAshram's cancer... it's like there's a curse or something.
