Lin and Ashley are always fighting for the top spot in my opinion. not that i don't like kali or anything. I like em all.
I know im basically bombarding this thread right now but I just had another thought. What kind of elvish language does runey use in the game? Believe it or not there is a wiki page on elvish speak. Its considered an official language.

So made an patch file for the original (not the more compressed ones) 0.10 PC version of Harem Hotel.
Open and extract the content from the game main folder and overwritte all files if asked.
Used it at your own risk.

PPS: If someone want to made a programm for me that can compare the two game folder and automatic made a patch folder, I would very much appreciate it.
PPPS: Runey To press every last bits out of an achrive you could switch from zip to 7z archive. I could shrink it from 5'116'723 KB to 5'073'822 KB, more possible but I then I need a faster PC.

Have you used truestory on the MC PCs? If no, that's your answer why you only have 2/4.

Did Ellen really have three scenes? im 3/3 but I don't recall unlocking any of them unless the ones done with other characters count ie Maria stealing her clothers or Doggy style by the Spa. I cant seem to unlock any new scenes with her and there are no options of any note to do with her when she is in her own room. I should have kept old saves to compare haha

Can someone please describe in detail how to increase lust for Ashley? I have Kali on lust level 4 (****) already with the Lustful trait unlocked, but so far Ashley does not get any point in that no matter what I do. She has friendship 21 (18 is needed) and the Nympho trait (one star only, but it was enough to make the lust category on the stats side of the info page available, just as for Kali). But whatever I do, it stays at 0 lust/not horny. I also have Lin on lust stat 1 already. So, yes, in theory I know how it should work. But it doesn't for Ashley.
The secod question is: what is the Lustful trait supposed to do? So far I did not see any special events or scenes for Kali after unlocking her Lustful trait.

Ashley lust points work for me. And to raise it just do thing the normal things that also incrase sluttiness.
So I don't know, why it didn't work for you.

If you wish to see the new content they have, yes.
These are probably stupid questions, so forgive me for asking. Are you playing v0.10.1? Are you simply fucking Ashley? Other than that, I am at a loss as to why you can't seem to get Ashley's Lust to increase. I hate to say this, but maybe there's a glitch in your game, and you may have to try to reinstalling the game or (worse option) redownload the game.
Regarding the Lustful trait, I don't think there's anything extra added (at least yet). For the moment, I'd see it just as a Trait metric the same as the others in the list.
