Depending on what platform you're playing the game on (i.e., PC, Mac, etc.), the main location should be something like this:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Harem Hotel-1520575859

There's also a secondary location within the game's folder:

Harem_Hotel-v0.10.2-pc\game\saves
