Ashley is 19 years old, attends a college and lives independently. This is made abundantly clear in the story.
There are other characters of the same age. Is the issue here that her breasts are too small? Breasts naturally take many shapes and sizes, and this is what I wanted to represent in the game.
Again, this character isn't meant to look or act under aged in any way, shape, or form. The context and story surrounding the character is very clear about this as well.
I'm currently in the early stages of a legal dispute with an Italian company who is attempting to resell my work. In an early email they had threatened to falsify reports against the project and engaged in other forms of harassment in an attempt to intimidate me into withdrawing the complaint. I'm currently proceeding with litgation against them, and I'm guessing this is where this report has originated from. I had contacted you previously on Friday, February the 8th, 2019 informing you of the situation.
I am completely willing to remove Ashley from the game if you really insist, but as it stands, I honestly believe everything about Ashley is perfectly within Patreon's Terms of Service. And I am in no way attempting to subvert your policies.

I really hope this gets sorted out without you having to remove any content from the game but really "looks to young and falls under the impression of..." can that rule be anymore vague. Rules like that mean that creators are just left relying on the whims of whoever is reviewing their content.

. Just because someone LOOKS under age...it does not mean that they are. Hell I work with a girl who is a whopping 4 ft 8 who just turned 18.....I was astonished when I found out she was 18 and not 12-13, I really though she was 12 at first lol. Absolutely disgusting. Ashley may look a bit young, but even I can tell by looking at her that’s she’s over 18. Keep us as posted as you are allowed to. It’d be a shame to see Ashley go because Patreon was too lazy to actually care to enter a dialouge with you.

Is the pre release going to be released to the 10$ tier or is it just gonna jump straight to official release?
Thank you. I believe they are sort of entering a dialog with me. They mentioned if I had any questions, they would help me. I did take the public download down until this gets sorted.
Currently, it is the $20 Pre-Release. On the 13th, the $5 Pre-Release will come out. A week after that will be the free public release. This is how every version will work (Not to mention the Alpha/Beta builds).
I believe I may be able to lock Ashley behind truestory if that's needed.
That may be an option then if you talks fail with the trust & safety team but hopefully you have someone sane as your contact at Patreon trust & safety who sees that Ashley is a college student and they end the review.

Are you expecting jumpscares or her to leave you? I can't comment on that last one, but the first one shouldn't really be an issue.
Edit: Realized I may have just sounded like a dick there. I didn't mean to. But, those are the only two potential reasons to be scared over a game like this., that I could think of at least.
