She was floated as a maybe a very long time ago, but that may have been idle brainstorming. Sounded like she would probably be a maid if she was implemented, which would mean third floor at the earliest. There is no guarantee whatsoever that she will appear, though.
At any rate, it sounds like Runey isn't going to add any more tenants until one of the existing girls is close to the end of her story due to the sheer workload of the ones already in the game.

My initial theory was that Ms. Ren was actually their mom. It's mostly because I initially read her name wrong as Ms. Rin and I thought there was a naming pattern there (Lin, Jin, Rin). Even though my reasoning is wrong, I still kind of believe it.
How different is the slave route to the love route for the house elves? I kinda wish I had gone with slave route for Sylvia.
