This is such a non-issue. They store no information - if you lose your password, you would be fucked, except you can just make a new account with the same email and it overwrites the old one. It's just there to make sure no-one who doesn't actually visit the site can use the torrents, I guess as a measure against whatever the porn version of the RIAA is or something.
I'm having this issue as well. Mainly during her anal scene. Also, I'm having another issue that has never happened to me before in the 3+ playthroughs I've done. Every Sunday morning without fail, unavoidable events cockblock me from working on Autumn's boobjob trait. Literally for the last 6+ Sunday mornings, once I actually started working on this trait. The whole week, no events happen, but without fail, as soon as Sunday morning rolls around, events pop up out of nowhere.
I've spent a lot of time on Steam and many of the games I download can be much larger than HH so I'm used to it. I'm also old enough to remember dial-up modems where download times on just about anything could take ages, not to mention all of those games that came with a dozen discs that you had to swap back and forth over and over and over again.
My guess is: it happens always with Maria at night. I haven't found an issue during the day or with another girl.
That's a general problem with auto-trigger events. Not much can be done without changing the whole game.
What bugs me more is when events chain up! Right now I ended a Lin event and was immediately thrown into a Moon event. This breaks immersion. On one screen Lin talks to me and on the next screen it's Moon. Huh? What has just happened?
I think I had already chains of 3 or 4 events. This should be avoided IMHO. Maybe add a cooldown so that some freeroam is guaranteed after forced events.
This has happened to me at all times of the day. As soon as I unlocked her anal, I did all 10 in a row. I'd click on one outfit and she'd be nude. Immediately after, I'd click a completely different outfit and she'd be wearing the outfit that I had previously clicked that had shown up nude. No clue.

I have used the mod in the past, and many other game mods found on F95.
I was playing an early stage of the game after having to reinstall windows, and deleted all of my save files, so old saves was not an issue.
Since I was playing again from the very beginning, there should have been no crash on day 2 of the game, unless something was changed that affected day 2, that disagreed with the tweak mod settings and caused a crash in those rooms.
I can understand the mod not working for events found in version 16, but those events were old and long established in game time, unless Runey changed something recently that changed something about those events on day 2, that the tweak mod cannot handle.
Which is why I am telling the person who has been working on the mod, so that he can look into it.
If I am wrong, then my apologies, but game developers and mods can't fix potential errors, if no one speaks up.

Unless it's tied to a specific event and I've moved passed it (I haven't finished her story in v16), I can't replicate the error either. No matter what time of day I select, I can pick any costume and any repeat scene in her room and she'll dress accordingly. The only one I can't fully test is "evening" since she's working at the bar and not at her room. Day/Afternoon/Night, all work though.
I am past the event regarding her origin (last event I've done was her getting some hugs), not sure where you guys are at in her story though I'm not sure why that would be a catalyst.
Around affection level 20ish? I'm at 29 now. I went back and retried the scenes and it's not doing it now, but it was doing it earlier. I'm currently in the middle of the Maria /childhood friend story.

MOD UPDATE:
I have completed all of the backporting from 0.15 to 0.16.
Now comes the task of getting the WT section updated, I might be able to get it out tomorrow or it may take until Friday but getting there.
And the people have spoken, most seem to care more for my version of Lain's mod so I will continue to keeping that version updated.

There is no nightwear option in sex, and the time of day doesn't effect sex. Pictures would help.
For future reference, the best bug report is something like: "During Maria's Xth event, Nia showed up in her black outfit even though I didn't buy it.", or just screenshots.
I fixed your first report, but I don't know what you're referring to when you say "Maria locks herself up in her room", and I don't know all the events you're referring to with Maria in the bar with her outfit, but I did find one.
Most likely referring to the event where Maria takes you to the cliff and tells you she doesn't want sex from you and needs time to think about her life. She literally locks herself in her room for a week. IIRC it's her major event right before Hana meets her at the bar.
I can make a cheat code to max out all of the stats (except level and purchases), that's never been suggested before.
(I make cheat codes for supporters but I'm sure it will make its way online for you to use whenever you want
)What is Nia's level? The only requirement I'm seeing to be able to buy that is Nia's level being 1. If it's not at 1, this probably means you adjusted some values somewhere using cheats or the console. You can fix this by opening the console and typing: hasniasupplies = True

This error states that the level of one of the characters is too high, this usually happens from cheats or console commands. To fix this, reload to a save before the stats were adjusted.
Hahahaha, that's completely unintentional and a byproduct of how you played the game. All events start a cooldown starting from when the last event was ended, so it's just been a crazy string of coincidences for you. Annoying sure, but you may be the only one to have experienced that, haha.
When you encounter bugs like these, please report them by telling me the character and their level. I've been noticing a lot of people complaining about things they think are features, when it's just a byproduct of a game in development. I want to fix these issues!

Were you trying to play this with the old version mod, instead of waiting for the new version to come out? Mod for version 0.15 won't work for 0.16, something that shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out, not much of a looksie over the last....6 pages, give or take, to see that it will crash it, and that Lord Ashram is in the process of working on the update. Unless a Mod is quoted as being Universal, in all likelihood, it won't work for a new release if it isn't stated as being for it, just 10 cents worth of free advice...

I think it's less that we like your version better, per se (after all, we haven't seen lain's new improvements/additions yet), than that we trust you not to disappear without notice, leave us wondering if you're even alive, and make us beg someone to pick up the torch you dropped or else have to start our games over.
Lain does great work - possibly the best of any modder working in the AVN field - but after being burned like this, I for one will only use her mods on finished games....
