Another small inconsistency, not sure if you caught this one already. If you sneak into Lin's room late at night and interact with Jin, the background will have Lin on her maid clothes working on her flowers. It goes back to normal once the interaction is over.

Sometimes things don't get added to the gallery until the next update, and other times things just don't get added. It is always good to keep saves at the start of new scenes.
