A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away, there lived a noble being known as LordAshram.
LordAshram was a giant among men, and a genius with code, who had stepped in to take over the duty's of updating a mythological device known as "the Walk Through Mod".
A device so powerful that it made traversing the world easy.
So easy in fact, that weaker mortals began to lose the ability to think for themselves, and they became enslaved to it.
The Walk Through Mod itself was not, and never was intended to be a device with evil intent.
But as time went on, and more and more people forgot how to think for themselves, it turned them into mindless zombies who just clicked their way through life, with no concern for consequences.

Then the dark day came when the mighty LordAshram was struck down with a terrible illness.
Unable to update the walkthrough mod anymore, it turned from being a device for the greater good, into the destroyer of worlds.
The zombies mindlessly kept installing the old and now dangerous to use walkthrough mod into their world, and causing their world to crash around them.
The zombies then prayed to the Gods of the forum for help, but the Gods were powerless to do anything other than to advise the zombies to throw off the shackles placed on them by the walkthrough mod, and rebuild their worlds from beginning.

But as the days, weeks and months passed, more and more zombies prayed to the Gods of the forum for help, and time and time again the Gods answered.
Until the Gods grew tired of the zombies daily lamentations, and unleashed Nia the Destroyer upon them.
But even the mighty Nia proved powerless to stop them from sending the same prayers on a nearly daily basis to the Gods of the forum.

Finally, the Gods had had enough, so they unleashed a moderator to strike down the offending link to the walkthrough mod.

But there was no peace to be found there, because now the zombies constantly pray to the Gods of the forum to deliver unto them a walkthrough mod.
And the zombies are told repeatedly, that no one with the skills of LordAshram has stepped forward, so there is no walkthrough mod.

The world has been a dark and foreboding place since the zombies appeared, to spread their terror through the forum.
Because none of them are smart enough to use the search feature at the top of the page, and find the answers for themselves.

It will take a lot less time and work to replay the game, than it will to get over the whole cancer thing, even if he does feel up to rebuilding it at that point. Especially after Runey adds all the new stuff, like the phone and calendar.

Weather he rebuilds the mod or not We will welcome him back with open arms and support when he come back. His fight is not an easy one. Some don't win that fight but more do win it with all the work that is being done in that field. So I would like to thank all the doctors who anaonimously visit this forum ( you know weho you are). And also hope that our words of encouragement can reach him.

fuck the prayers, the only persons that they ever helped were the ones reciting them. So when the time comes when I need some I'll do it myself for myself. The other fuckers can talk directly to me rather than be in their corner in their heads thinking about me when I'll need them to be there for me.

dear god... are people unable to do simple riddles anymore these days?
Riddles, and in particular, these riddles, often rely on language competency to decipher. If english is not only not your first language, but also not one you're particularly good with, these riddles could be really difficult to understand.

The first half of this is literally thoughts and prayers... and it's not like you're gonna be helping them with medical bills, let alone the long lasting effects of having had such an illness...

Idk... like, it's one thing to offer up sympathies, but this just feels like self aggrandizing and preaching about it after the fact.

Thoughts yes. And sadly it is all I can offer. It is not like if I was a millionaire. I had a few drinks tonight and while I see how you read my coments and it makes me chuckle a bit as I'll give it to you, you are right. I never said anything about sharing thoughts socialy. I specificly rote about prayers. What that means can vary depending on cultural interpretation. Honestly while I know offering moral support is cheap. That I know I can offer. If I could would I offer more? Absolutly! If there was a gofund me I would contribute to my capacity.

Yeah, I just hope he makes it, and it all goes well, the mod never really mattered to me. Best of luck to him, his family, and medical staff helping him. Here is hoping that things go better for him, than for my step dad. Three years, and he is still dealing with the aftermath, and may never walk again.

Torrenting isn't going to make it any smaller. I torrent a lot of stuff but it's not with the expectation that I'm going save bandwidth doing it.
My assumption is that they have spotty internet, and have not figured out how to use a downloader, that will restart any download that stops for any reason.

I tend to agree but I still would like to find out what his rationale is, because connection interruptions will cause seeding clients to session-ban offending IPs. They're better off using a downloader like JDownloader2 that restore connections better than browsers.

Yeah, those downloaders are great for here, though fewer and fewer links work well with them, due to all the masked links, captcha, or now GoFile just not working at all with it any more.

I like big games, and I cannot lie.
You other gamers can't deny.
When a game downloads,
Like an itty-bitty toad
And few rounds things in my face
I get board,
'Cause there's nuthin' ta do
To like it, you must be huffin the glue
It's done before you get sprung!

It's hard tell chronology with some character stories are suppose to take place espically when one character is upset by somthing, but act's completely fine in another character story. the three biggest offenders of this being android (going through existential angst), Lin(after the island,) and Maria(after hospital). I feel like these events need more gating before you can access them just so everything makes sense chronologically.

I don't know for certain what Runey's up to in development, but based on his last couple dev logs and previous updates, it seems like this is what he's trying to address in the coming updates. And the new weekly event system he's been talking about adding in seemed like it was intended to combat progression seeming a little out of sync by offering a 'recommended' progression of events.
In my experience so far though, the only events that have seemed majorly out of sync with the rest of the story has been Kate's. Everyone else seems to stay fairly well-paced so long as I don't hyper focus on something and neglect something else.

Some of the new v16 story events aren't gated and have weird continuity issues, which have been reported. Those are the biggest offenders to me. Beyond that, if you completely avoid the school but build the 2nd floor and focus on the twins, you can have some wonky stuff go on with Ashley's events since her early stuff is at odds with those two.

Side-jack: are rpdl links not allowed on the front page? I don't think it'd take much to get them added to the downloads section, but I've always been under the impression they aren't fully allowed since virtually no game on the site links to them.

Please report the bugs you find. I can't fix them with only a complaint, I need a proper report to address any issues.

i ran into several with the curent version.
and a tone happened with android such as Android locks herself in the room with existential angist, but keeps showing up in other characters stories and acting like nothing has happened not to mention still appearing in the kitchen. i'm suppose to believe she has locked herself in her room for days possibly weeks, but i can't really buy it when she shows up constantly.

another one was Maria acting like her usual self in autumn's story Right after the hospital stuff. i literally just got off from a moment of her being depressed about losing her identity. to teaseing autumn for being naked in the garden.

also ya all the side story characters are all over the place, but i mostly expected that to not be a main focus.
It's more noticeable with Kate since she's far removed from most the later half of the games story currently, but i wouldn't say so much as it's a continuity thing then it is the fact that she doesn't really do a whole lot in the story so far. (i mean that in comparison to characters like Nina or Hana.)

i love this games story, it has a ton of cool moments, but it feels isolated or disconnected from the other moments. Currently the sandbox nature of the gameplay is more to the narrative's detriment then benefit. especially when you are busy trying to grind up stats or money for a character to unlock certain conversation bonuses for story events. only to accidently continue another characters story without meaning to. (that said this current version does have a lot of improvements to the sandboxing. which I enjoy.)

Lin also does this to a lesser degree. it has some awkwardness when you have android having existential angist, but sure lets go on an island adventure.

sorry i don't mean to complain i'm just really a stickler when it comes to continuity in anything. I'm probably one of the few crazy people that take the time out of their life to watch the monogatari series in chronological order.

I'm not sure if my complaint is bug oriented or just me wishing there were more gating on events so I don't feel like I'm playing the stories in the wrong order. That said it's also a mark on how good the writing is when i care more about story elements then the porn XD. good job on the story, I really like the writing and effort that went into not just the main plot, but world building.
