Also, if you at least know how to use Google, and you have a brain, you should be able to apply your Google-operation skills to operate the F95zone Search Bar. Or now you're telling me you have a life so you don't know how to use google as well?
If I see the question, my only resolve would be that they used this as a search engine:

Where all other use Google or Bing or any other kind...

Ok I have a stupid question.

I've been playing the game, really enjoying all the story lines and interactions with the characters. Also really enjoying the city exploration, even though I seem to have gotten through the available content fairly early.

But now, probably day 110 or so when I try to leave the house I get this message:
"WARNING: THESE SCENES ARE MEANT TO BE PLAYED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE GAME" followed by something to the effect of you can do it anyway but it might break the story.

So, what does this mean exactly? I have no idea if I'm still early in the game, or middle, or near the end of current content. My relationship level with the characters is in the teens and 20s, and yeah I've been visiting the few town locations that are still open (most say that they're at the end of current content.) Are town locations not meant to be available for the full game? Is there some event pending that will change things? What will happen if I ignore the warning and leave the hotel? And will I be able to continue taking advantage of the local temporal phenomena at the bowling alley to win prize money?

It just means that they were intended to be done in the early parts, some of the things will make less sense if you wait too long to do them, but it won't cause any problems otherwise. I did them all with my current save, which was all caught up at the time.
Why not put the On Hold tag on this so people stop talking about the abandoned tag?
Because AFAIK, it's not. Last I heard, they were testing it, and he is doing what he can, when he can. That is just limited at the moment. Though, that might still be better.
That said, it still has 7 months before the abandoned tag would be merited by the rules of the site.

Now, how about we talk about something fun?
How about this teaser he posted the other day?

Classic PEBCAK issue

Even if you don't know how to use a search bar, your question has literally been asked almost every other day for the past damn month. Reading the last 10 pages of the forum will take 10 minutes top and answer all your questions. So I would've been nice, but the fact you're asking an over-asked question shows a lack of respect, laziness, and an unwillingness to move your lazy bum to find out the answer to the question. You don't show respect to me, so why should I respect you? Taking ten minutes to figure out an answer for a porn game doesn't mean you can't have a life outside too :rolleyes:

Also, if you at least know how to use Google, and you have a brain, you should be able to apply your Google-operation skills to operate the F95zone Search Bar. Or now you're telling me you have a life so you don't know how to use google as well?
Wow, how sick is that. If I don't read the last 10 entries, that's disrespectful to you - then you're F95? F95 I'm pleased to meet you!

But now let's get to the point, if there are over 2000 pages full of threads, how would I get the idea that reading the last 10 pages will answer my question? The answer could also be in thread 15,302 and that's exactly why I wanted to use the search function. Then I got the pointless tip in the settings to sort the threads by date. What's the point of putting the threads in a different order - exactly - nothing! The one I'm looking for doesn't light up, nor does it give me any other advantage. Then Google made a translation error. What I read - what I could understand - didn't make any sense, which is exactly why I asked. So if you answer so cockily about no respect and blah blah blah, then it would be a good thing to look at the situation from the other person's eyes beforehand, at least they don't want to be inferior to me in terms of respect and decency.

But whatever, I finished the game...

Common sense. You ask yourself, is there a non-zero possibility that someone answered my question recently? The answer is yes. Then you ask yourself, how far back should I reasonably read back? I would say last 10 pages, maybe more, maybe less. Then you actually do it.

By your own definition, you won't even read the comments on the current page as how would I get the idea reading what's in my face may answer my question?

This is why you're lazy. This is why you're disrespectful. Because you refuse to sacrifice an ounce of your time to answer your own fucking question, and instead expect others to spoon feed it to you on a silver platter, with no effort on your end.

But now, probably day 110 or so when I try to leave the house I get this message:

See, now this is a good question. Hasn't been asked recently, kinda obscure, not even sure if the answer's on the wiki.

Runey's currently developing the "explore town" content. The events are supposed to evolve as you progress into the game, except the late-game town events aren't in the game yet.

Personally, I haven't had any issues, with the bowling alley or elsewhere. Just keep a save file before accessing the town, just in case, and then play. You'll know if you're in late-game if the MC's attitudes/characteristics don't really jive with the main events. Or if the MC meets people in town, and don't recognize them despite having a sustained relationship with those people in the main events.

For example, have you played until the last Lin event? She goes full abolitionist and passionate about abolishing elf slavery. Then you go into the town and there's one event in the slums where the MC seems pretty indifferent to slavery. Which totally contradicts Lin's late-game events, because those Lin events were supposed to come after the town events.

You can see how much in the game you are by checking how many events you have left for the characters, BTW. For example, . How many of her events have you completed? Should be able to check the stat on the upper left or right bar.

There's a handful of (very) minor characters who show up later in the storyline. Such as some students, eyepatch elf (1), and the church clergy. If you've already played through their new introduction is bit awkward. Nothing game breaking as implied, but clunky. It is also a nice way to earn some money before having the bar.

So, I am guessing this will be the next big game to get that abandoned tag. Summertime Saga and this guy.
Very Sad
The above poster had great advice.
P.S., Summer time Saga was a joke, with nothing but paywalls that pissed off everyone.
Which is why the dev abandoned it.
The thread for the game was non stop bitching and whining from people.
I had fun reading the comments.

I assume, that has become her mandatory uniform, thanks to her recent revelation. It's a job that humans do, so it's required, the maids seem to be the exceptions to that rule. Maybe human maids don't need the collar...
Yeah, I forgot about that. That is probably the reason. Anyway, I don't like seying that thing on her neck. Or on the neck of any other character. It triggers the memories of how that thing about her origin was revealed. And I didn't like that scene. I still hope that one day, the doctor will get some kind of punishment. I still hope that one day, Maria will get her revenge. But no, the doctor is still somewhere out there, and she still didn't get any punishment for her evil actions.
I don't know how Maria or other characters feel about wearing the collar and chain. I don't mind if Maria or any other character wants to wear the collar and chain for some sexual roleplay, but I don't want them to wear it because they must wear it. I don't want them to wear it against their will.

Straight talk - you are arguing with someone who, earlier in this very thread, tried to argue that people saying adult game devs should actually do work reliably for the massive sums of money they receive, is akin to antebellum slavery. Shit you not:

And you don't think that's a problem? Cause I personally think that it's because of our rotten capitalist system today, and good for the dev for breaking out of this loop.

And you may think your argument is novel, but it's been used throughout the ages.

Antebellum Era:

Are any ordinary African Americans exempt from slavery? Nope. So why should the African Americans up North be emancipated? Talk about entitlement

1900s:

Do mothers, wives, teachers or any other ordinary female workers have the right to vote? Nope. So why are the suffragists arguing for voting rights? Talk about entitlement

1930s:

Do teachers, police officers, doctors, or any other ordinary jobs have a minimum wage? Nope. So why should we guarantee a minimum wage for every occupation? Talk about entitlement

You on the wrong side of history, bud
I point this out to you because you are obviously new, and you've stepped right into the middle of some shit.

Personally I think people could try a little less hard to be so fucking rude to new people, who have a handful of posts and obviously haven't learned all the ins and outs of the site yet. But they are too caught up in rabidly fangirling and defending the devs that curate their dream waifus. So anyone who suggests that like, I dunno, maybe a year or more with no updates is odd, and questions whether the game might be abandoned, gets a full force psycho rant blasted at them.

Well yes, I'm quite new to this site :ROFLMAO:

Also, eh, ya gotta get tough. I was a bitch still in high school and would often nag people for save edits...and don't get me started on my cringy [now-deleted] other F95zone account from middle school, when I was in my emo phase

Back then, other users would rant at me whenever I asked somethin' stupid or nagged about save files this! save files that! which helped me understand where they're coming from. Ya want polite people who make an effort to learn this site, not spoiled brats like I once was

Do you even read the posts you argue with?

I think it was *very obvious* I was expressing that the person you balled out for not utilizing the search function, was new. What sense would it make for me to say you were new? This and other recent posts are... very telling.

So the correct stats are:

A. Joined 2021
B. Literally tagged as 'new member'
C. 6 posts
D. 1 reaction score

Now you could argue to death because their join date is a few years old, but I think the 6 fucking posts is really the more telling stat, suggests they likely joined to specifically download a game or too a while back but did not really become active on the forum back then.

And maybe, just maybe - there are a lot of people who join the site but don't actively engage because they ask one simple newbie question and get spitroasted by lunatics foaming at the mouth and screaming at them for not understanding how the site works from day one.

Yes, that was obvious. I should've put the /s sign, because I was being sarcastic and simply imitating your lack of reading skills.

In no way was I equating people saying adult game devs should actually do work reliably for the massive sums of money they receive, is akin to antebellum slavery.

I was simply stating that back in those days, fixing slavery was a big economic issue in society. In our modern society, fixing our rotten capitalist society is a big economic society.

The fact that people believe that working is more important than being humans and grieving from personal loss shows how brainwashed people are in accepting our status quo that prioritizing work before life is important. Just like how in the days, the masses were brainwashed into accepting the status quo that the American economy was more important than the rights of minorities.

I am merely pointing out that in every day and age, the masses hate breaking the status quo. The problem is, they seldom consider if the status quo is right or not.

maybe a year or more with no updates is odd,
Another stunning lack of brain computing power :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Stop spreading disinformation: the game hasn't been updates for roughly . Sure, would be reasonable to round up to a year, but hold your horses on not being updates for more than a year .

Holy shit, real? Real and true?

:LUL: :LUL: :LUL: :LUL: :LUL: :LUL: :LUL: :LUL:

What a fucking joke! He takes months of bereavement, comes back and releases a beta, pauses that with a "I got sick lol", then stealths that into 3 months of dead silence with "oh I'm dealing with lawyers and immigration", and now moving again?

Must be some fucking estate to be so complicated that you're occupied by lawyers for literal months.
(In case you don't know, this is beyond silly, if you're in some sort of protracted legal issue, you might have to meet weekly with your attorney, there's no way on god's green earth that he was so occupied with lawyers that he simply didn't have the time to work on his bread and butter project.)

This is insane, fuck right off with any defenses of this fucking grifter
I'm starting to wonder if some of the defense of these devs is driven by the same mentality you see from people who get caught up in MLMs, and can't get out because it would require them to admit (to all the people who they acted smugly to before) that they fell for some dumb shit and got conned. So they just keep going and throwing away good money after bad, because that is psychologically easier/safer than admitting they made a mistake.

No worries, it's not stupid at all.

The others have already explained it nicely, so just to contextualize it a bit more: the city exploration is a quite recent addition to the game but it's meant to fill the downtime that exists in the very early game when there isn't much to do around the hotel yet. The warning is mostly meant for players coming into it with previous savefiles, since those events happen from MC's pov as if he's just arrived in the city. The only thing that it "breaks" is the story flow.

Now, the fact that you're seeing this warning even after playing through all the city content is a different issue entirely. :LUL:
It's either an oversight or a bug.
