I adore this game. I don't mind the wait. As there is already an amazing amount of content. The girls and story are top tier.
Writing, coding and testing isn't easy and take more time than people think.

Excuse me if it was asked before, but are there any plans to develop the story of other Sanctuary characters besides Nia and Sylvia? Also, about the drow elf that Sylvia nicknamed as Serni. Are there any future plans for her? Will she become a part of our "gang", or not?

As far as i know no. Anyone there that just lingers in the bedroom is just for repeatable sex options (even our beloved Dark Elf despite her being treated as important a side character as Sylvia and Nia initially). Maybe Runey has changed his mind on them since he has returned his full attention to the game and working on getting things back on track release wise but that is for him to decide.
