From 0 to 5 the girl will stay strong and won't succumb to her desires.
From 6 onward there's an increasing chance of 20% per step that she breaks and has to do something about it.
Each lust level breaking point has its own slightly tweaked encounter / scenario on how this plays out (by adding some extra line of text / adding an extra still showing her level of depravity / stuff like that)
After that Lust gets reset to 0, of course...
