I forgot about Lucy and Jin. We've seen Android use the shower, but I wonder if that was before or after the "waterproofing." I'd think she wouldn't need the toilet, but you never know how "anatomically correct" she might be. I've always assumed Ellen has a private bath in her room.
I'm assuming the Sanctuary has its own facilities, so those elves wouldn't count. Maybe the fairies help Lin "fertilize" the various plants around the hotel or else Ashley bought them a kitty litter box.

I'm pretty sure she was actually showering before the waterproofing. At least the first time around; maybe that is one of the things that Runey fixed when remaking the earlier content for 0.10.
I keep thinking her waterproofing happens fairly early in her story, but I have no idea if it's early enough to avoid catching her in the shower before then and would depend on how fast one goes through her events. I started a new game but haven't gotten that far yet. I might post something if I find anything.

She was somewhat water resistant before the waterproofing as long as she wasn't submerged she could close her pores to prevent water damage. She could take water splashing just not submersion. Since she could take water splashing showering would not be a problem. Although her systems don't seem to register high humidity as a threat which why she passed out in the hot springs.

I suppose it's a good thing that she was at least water resistant before otherwise it could be a problem whenever the MC cums all over her.

I don't remember for sure, there might have been a mention of the steam, but she used to clean in there when Lin was not able, and only had a problem when she got submerged. But again, my memory of that event chain is a bit fuzzy.

IIRC there were two events, one with her falling in (somehow. Isn't she supposed to have perfect motor control or something?), which shut her down completely, and one where simply being in the room made her glitchy, that one was where we first saw her femdom mode.
The hot springs as I already mentioned has high humidity which she even mentioned her system failed to detect as a threat and close her pores so the condensation from the water in the air just slips right in.
Whereas a shower would already be detected as a threat and her pores would automatically close and there is also a thing called a lukewarm shower where the water is still hot but not hot enough to make steam or cause water condensation.
