My suggestions (trying to keep relatively simple to avoid changing aspects of the game):
QOL: A "home" button that returns you to your room. I know it's only a couple extra clicks using the existing menu, assuming you don't get click happy and end up at the wrong location (Yes it's a bad habit of mine).
QOL: A shopping cart for the computer buying menu. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong, but currently if I buy an outfit and click back, it takes me back to the top level menu. Then I have to reselect the character, then the outfit, buy, click back, reselect the character, buy....... Current method works, but if I could buy character outfits either as a bundle or if you add a "back" button that goes specifically to the character you're already on, that'd be nice.
Random ideas:
Let the elves work at the bar as extra waitresses to perhaps bring in extra income to the Hotel. I saw suggestions for changing the whole purpose of the bar, but if you're happy with how it exists now, giving us extra options to "tweak" it would be nice. Perhaps giving us the option to buy themes / decorations so we can adjust how it looks (though I realize this would require tweaks to Moon's scenes depending on what you add). This would give them a purpose outside story / sex scenes like many of the other girls have and would give us an extra money sink to spend extra funds on.
More sexy locations in the hotel. We're currently limited to where we can interact with the girls, so if they're already doing something in a location in many cases we're kinda just stuck until they move. If we can interact with them in their chosen location like we do currently in the lobby (sex / blowjob on the couch), that'd be cool (IE: if someone is in the laundry room or bathhouse, we can interact with them there beyond basic hello). Adding to this: the ability to possibly call girls to locations like we do the dungeon. So if we want a scene in the bathhouse or our room, we can call them to it and interact with them there. Otherwise, many spots in the hotel are limited based on their scripted events. I can't think of the last time I went to the laundry room / bathhouse without being prompted.
Expand on outside Hotel locations we already have access too. Currently the pizza parlor for example? Pretty useless. Perhaps we can visit and "harass" Kali / Lucia while they're at work. Same with the girls while they're at school. As is, we visit the location 1-2 times and really never have a reason to go back.
Changing casual clothes. While dressing them up in skimpy outfits is fun, perhaps if we haven't set a specific outfit for them, they can rotate their own casual clothes(and maybe their sexy outfits if their stats are high enough). Off the top of my head: the twins go shopping for at least one outfit. Perhaps add 1-2 clothing options to the non-working staff that they can rotate through while wandering the hotel.
Maria's hair: would love the option to tell her to always have it down or up. I can't specifically think of any other character who changes their hair while you're in their room, but I think she looks lovely when it's down. A toggle would be cool.
Those are off the top of my head in an effort not to undermine what you've already designed. Hopefully nothing to crazy.

I particularly like this idea. I'm doing a fresh play-through now to see all the changes, and I had forgotten how annoying the shopping can be. Sure; it is just a few extra clicks but if it could be easily streamlined without having to do a major overhaul, that would be pretty cool.

can at least for the next update, runey shows the game version in the main menu cause sometimes i dont know i has already update for the latest version or not. before this, we need to download the whole game so its not the problem but for this recent update we just need to download the patch only and sometimes i cant remember that i has applied the patch or not. or maybe i has applied the patch but at the wrong location. so if there is game version shows at the main menu i can sure that my game is the recent update. btw thanks for this fantastic game.

I'm not saying this is a "fix", but you can open your directory and go to the "game" folder and you'll see the individual update files there. So if you have v14, you'll know you're on version 14. Least this way you'll know until there's something more official available.

I am somehow stuck at the end of v0.13 (don't know if I am finished anyways, I played with Lains Mod which is outdated now), how can I proceed or are my saves broken for the unmodded game now and I need to wait for the walkthrough patch for v0.14?
When you install a mod, your saves require that mod to work in the future. If you're not able to get it working, I recommend starting a new save that you don't mod so you're able to play the updates.
I second the post saying to put the small portraits on the main ui as buttons leading to the stat pages. That would be pretty convenient. It would also be nice to see some more with the sanctuary elves. Both Nia and Sylvia seem to be going somewhere with their stories but the rest is just kind of ... there.

Maybe as these elves have previously just been used for nothing but sex and now that they have some freedom, they want to try their luck at something else. Maybe an art or some craft. And for that they would need a room or supplies to do it. That would allow for an additional lategame moneysink and it could give those elves some more personality.

2. In terms of how much sex there is compared to the amount non-sex related reading in the newer updates.
3. Sure, but not if the backstory crowds out the sex part. Also, there is way to much tragedy going on in virtually every LI's life and way to many are revealed to be half elves. It becomes repetitive and boring after a while.
4. Of course, that's a matter of taste. What irks me is that this isn't how the game started out. If you played a game you liked were the MC started out as a white knight but the after the 10th update, he's transformed into a raping villain, I'm sure you'd be disappointed to.
I'm sure you did dude, but what I'm talking about is how much non-sex related saving the world shenaningans and supplying a shoulder for the LI's to cry on there is compared to how much sex there is. I played through every main story update for the LI's and there was maybe one instance of sex (or none, maybe that was unrelated, can't remember). But there sure were walls and walls of text about saving the world and woe is me from the LI's. The MC even spends an evening and a night in a hotel with Lin and still they don't have any sex. That's almost less sex than the average couple in real life.
But hey, it's your game and you obviously have an army of fans who like the direction it's going, so you do you. It's just not for me any more.
No, the game did not start out as a mission to save the world. That has been tacked on much later as the MC has come into contact with the resistance. The MC was never a hard core evil sadist (you can play him as an asshole in many instances though, it just means it will take much longer to build relationships with the LI's), but he was still a fucking slave owner who sexually exploited the slave he owned as well as corrupted a number of teenagers to serve him sexually as subs in his harem as well as to exploit them for money. This is not what anyone in the real world would call a good guy. I mean, would you like your teenaged daughter to be part of that kind of relationship in real life? I'm guessing a hard no, but do correct me if I'm wrong. How ever, as the updates go now, it's almost all about saving the world and offering a shoulder for the LI's to cry on.

Did a quick search and didn't see it reported yet, but it may have already been: if you give Emma her Slut Outfit, that will unlock the freestyle sex and anal/blowjob options before they are actually available in the story. I gave it to her while the twins story was locked off waiting on Ashley's story to advance further (around 25 I think), got access to those extra options, then several weeks later unlocked the actual first anal event for the twins with the "first time" text.

Harem Hotel has never been just a porn game. Maybe because this game has porn in it, and it's on F95, you assumed it was just a game to fap to, but that was never the case. This game could survive on its own without any porn, and that's what I've always wanted to develop. That's not to say the porn has not put my foot in the door though, tits always get attention to put it technically.
Sure, compared to the amount of story in this game, there is less sex. I understand you want more sex, but saying there is almost no sex is still ridiculous. Lots of it gets added to the game in every update. The quality and quantity of it has only increased with updates. Sex is just not the meat of this game, and never has been.
MC was never a master who sexually exploited his slave or "teenagers" (bad use of language here, the youngest any of them are is 19. Technically a teenager, but that's not always what the word brings to mind. Won't get held up on semantics though.) MC may own Lin on a technicality, but he's not actually a master. He inherited Lin, which puts MC in a strange limbo.
It's also safe to assume you didn't really pay attention to the story if you think MC is a bad guy, so I won't even challenge your opinion on this. You don't have to like my game, opinions are fine, I'm just trying to correct some misinformation.
It's totally fine to feel like there should be more sex.
