I think she's more Felicity and Emma's half sister, from the secret family that is rumoured that the Dean has.

I like that theory - i didnt realise it was a student who got evidence of him for blackmailing his daughters back into the school (i must has misread it, i assumed all this time the story said it was the fairies who got it for Ashley but i guess i was mistaken on that part).
As for whether she will play a bigger part is hard to say. Weve had characters come and go often to little fan fare including Julliette the Goth, Ashleys Mom, Sleeping pizza girl, half the Sanctuary elves and half the uni characters too really (i think the teacher only actually featured in one update lol). It depends how soon and how deep he wants to venture into the Dean with storyline... it seems itll be next big prominent arc for the twins but with so much deep storyline beats happening elsewhere hes mostly been keeping the Twins storyline a bit more light hearted as of late to balance it out (i could legit see the next update with them bonding more with the likes of Kate or bickering with the cheerleader squad introduced in the last update as well before we go more into the Dean and mystery drug dealer girl side of things).
