Nothing about runeys current health, nothing about being a patron and I have no idea why you would call them a snowflake. All they said is that they don't like Autumns progression. While I don't really want to get involved here, and didn't read the whole thing....
To be fair, Runey is not 'avoiding Autumn content', she has been getting a good bit, just not what most call 'actual' sex stuff, because of who she is, and the fact that she is the 'new' girl. Vaginal sex will be last with her. Her exhibitionism stuff has been far more extensive than any other girl (even the one for whom that is their thing), and she is up to giving boob jobs. Considering her personality and upbringing, that is really advancing quickly if you look at the timeline of a new game, and not someone who has been playing straight through, the whole time, like me.
