As far as i know no. Anyone there that just lingers in the bedroom is just for repeatable sex options (even our beloved Dark Elf despite her being treated as important a side character as Sylvia and Nia initially). Maybe Runey has changed his mind on them since he has returned his full attention to the game and working on getting things back on track release wise but that is for him to decide.
